Almost White Castle Hamburgers image

These are really close to the real thing. My family was in heaven! They're great for dinner, football parties, or kid's birthday parties. I'm not real fond of White Castle myself but I gobbled these up. Note: To freeze: Assemble hamburgers less the condiments. Flash freeze, wrap in plastic wrap, put in a ziplock bag and label. To heat: Microwave until heated through.

These burgers were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more seasoning next time.

The burgers were a little too greasy for my taste, but the flavor was good. I'll try grilling them next time instead of frying them.

I've tried several White Castle copycat recipes and this one is the best. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the steamed onions are the perfect touch.

I followed the recipe but the burgers didn't turn out well. They were dry and overcooked. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I've made these burgers several times and they're always a hit. My husband loves them and they're easy enough for me to make on a weeknight.

The burgers were a little dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the burgers turned out great! The only thing I would change is to use a little less salt. Overall, I'm very happy with this recipe.
