Steps:
- Combine potatoes and cheese together mash until smooth. Stir in salt and pepper set aside. Melt margarine in a skillet add onions. Sauté 10 to 15 minutes spread half the onions in a 13" x 9" baking pan. Stuff each shell with potato mixture arrange over onions.
