I'm allergic to almonds, so I used pecans instead. They turned out great!

These were so easy to make and they taste just like the store-bought kind. I will definitely be making them again.

I'm not a huge fan of toffee, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I'm so glad I did! The Almond Roca was amazing. It was the perfect combination of crunchy and chewy.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my Almond Roca turned out too hard. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I love how versatile this recipe is. I've made it with different nuts and different types of chocolate, and it always turns out great. It's a great way to use up leftover candy or nuts.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The only thing I do differently is add a little bit of salt to the toffee mixture. It really brings out the flavor of the almonds.

Almond Roca is a delicious and addictive candy that is perfect for any occasion. I love the combination of crunchy almonds and smooth chocolate, and the toffee center is just the right amount of sweetness. I highly recommend this recipe!
