ALMOND JOY HAYSTACKS
These taste very similar to the Almond Joy candy bar. These are easy to make for your holiday sweets platter.

Steps:
- 1. In double boiler melt chocolate chips... when completely melted remove from heat and gently stir in coconut flakes and almonds. Drop tablespoon size haystack onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or parchement paper ... cool in refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
- 2. Keep cool until ready to serve.
