Almond Flour Stevia Cookies image

This is a basic cookie made with real whole foods. You can spice it up by subbing a different flavor extract. Next time I am going to try adding a 1/4 cup of dark baking chocolate powder and maybe some coconut. I am excited about trying different variations.

I don't think these cookies are worth the effort. They are not very flavorful, and they are a bit too crumbly.

These cookies are a bit too dry for my liking. I think I will try adding some extra butter next time.

I had trouble finding almond flour, but I was able to make these cookies with regular flour instead. They turned out just fine.

I was skeptical about using stevia as a sweetener, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked in these cookies. They are perfectly sweet without being overpowering.
