This is a basic cookie made with real whole foods. You can spice it up by subbing a different flavor extract. Next time I am going to try adding a 1/4 cup of dark baking chocolate powder and maybe some coconut. I am excited about trying different variations.

- Soften real butter.
- combine soft butter and remaining ingredients.
- electric mix until smooth.
- form 16 balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- bake 20 minutes, stopping at 7 minutes to flatten with fork.
