Air Fryer Seasoned Breakfast Potatoes image

Seasoned breakfast potatoes made easy in the air fryer. No need to stand over a skillet and babysit. Throw them in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shake, and cook 10 minutes more. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside.

1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place cubed potatoes in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil, salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Place potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes; shaking halfway through cook time.
