2 medium to large russet potatoes
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 c freshly grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cut your potatoes into wedges and dry the wedges well with paper towels.
  • 2. In a large zipper bag combine the potato wedges, oil, onion powder, garlic powder. paprika, salt and black pepper.
  • 3. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook 15-20 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Cook in batches if needed.
  • 4. Sprinkle with parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
