- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and preheat to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Mix chuck, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Form into 6 mini loaves.
- Place meatloaves in the preheated basket, making sure that they don't touch. Cook for 30 minutes for well done. Smooth some ketchup over each meatloaf and cook for 3 minutes more.
