Air Fryer Mini Meatloaves image

Simple but so delicious. Homemade comfort food. Crispy, savory mini loaves made fast, one for everyone!

1 serving cooking spray
2 pounds ground chuck
1 egg
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons ketchup, or to taste

Steps:

  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil and preheat to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix chuck, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Form into 6 mini loaves.
  • Place meatloaves in the preheated basket, making sure that they don't touch. Cook for 30 minutes for well done. Smooth some ketchup over each meatloaf and cook for 3 minutes more.
