Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Totchos image

This appetizer takes minimal prep time thanks to ingredients like rotisserie chicken, salsa, and Tater Tots®! Make it as mild as you want for the kids, or as mouth-burning as you want for those who wish to have an inferno experience! I swapped from the traditional blue cheese to Cheddar cheese, but feel free to use any cheese you like.

I'm not a big fan of buffalo sauce, but these totchos were still really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the tots were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I love that this recipe uses tater tots instead of tortilla chips. It's a fun and creative twist on the classic nachos.
