African Peanut Butter Sauce image

This sauce recipe comes from some missionaries in Africa. It's usually eaten with rice and I'm sure it would taste nice with some additional vegetables, tofu, or chicken as well.

This sauce is delicious, but it's a bit too spicy for my kids. Next time, I'll use less cayenne pepper.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sauce turned out really oily. I think I might have added too much peanut butter.

I'm not a big fan of peanut butter, but I actually really enjoyed this sauce. It's not too heavy or oily, and it has a nice balance of flavors.

I found this sauce to be a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by adding a little bit of coconut milk.
