A POTATO SALAD SANDWICH
Steps:
- Open bun and spread each side with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on bottom half of bun.
- Scoop potato salad onto tomato, and gently spread toward edges of bun. Cover with top of bun.
