The whole family has always loved this recipe from the 60's. Leftovers make great cold or warm sandwichs. My daughter always said make a recipe the first time as is then add your own tweeks later if need be. So try to use all the ingredients. :)

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together then add the meat and mixing lightly (so you don't toughen it). You can shape into a loaf on a cookie sheet (with sides) lined with parchment paper. Cook uncovered at 350º for 1 hour if using (cookie sheet) or so. For the last ½ hour of cooking slather on Ketchup which thickens during cooking time and tastes great
