8 Can Soup Crockpot image

This is a very hearty, chili-like soup for the crock pot. Great served with a good crusty bread. A great freezer meal recipe. This makes good sized servings for a family of four, with another meal put in the freezer. Double this recipe and freeze up to 3 extra meals for later.

This soup is a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my soup turned out really watery. I had to add a lot of cornstarch to thicken it up.
