7-CUP FRUIT SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Cup Sweet Dark Cherries (pitted reserve juice)
(hard to find try Safeway)
1 Cup Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 Cup Pecans (chopped)
(Light colored seem to be fresher)
1 Cup Coconut (shredded)
1 Cup Small Marshmallows (small bag)
1 Cup Sour Cream (not fat free - use Daisy or
Tillanook)

Steps:

  • If the can purchased has a little more than a cup, I add the rest in... then also add more marshmallows and sour cream) Mix together. I pour a little of the reserved cherry juice over the top to add more color. Refrigerate overnight. Serve.
