Number Of Ingredients 11

1 14 oz can refried beans
2 ripe acacados, mashed
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 pint sour cream
1 7oz can chopped green chilis
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
8 sliced green onions
20-30 chopped grape tomatoes
Optional: sliced black olives

Steps:

  • 1)Spread refried beans in a 13x9x2 glass dish. 2)Mash avacados, add lemon juice, green chilis & pepper then spread over refried beans. 3)mix sour cream & taco seasoning and spread on top 4)add the cheese 5)add the sliced onions 6)add the tomatoes Optional: 7)Add black olives
