I'm not a big fan of prime rib, but my husband is. I made this recipe for him and he loved it. I might even try it myself next time.

I would love to try this recipe, but I don't have a meat thermometer. Do you have any suggestions for how I can cook the prime rib without one?

I found that the cooking time was a bit too long for my liking. I would recommend checking the meat a few minutes early to avoid overcooking.

I was skeptical about cooking prime rib at such a high temperature, but I'm glad I tried it. The crust was amazing and the meat was cooked to perfection.

I've tried many prime rib recipes, but this one is definitely the best. The reverse sear method is genius!
