This is my mom's recipe. She has recently passed away. I make it just to have her close by. Great stew for a chilly night!

Steps:
- 1. Brown the stew meat in a little flour in an oven safe pot. Add 1 cup of beef broth and thicken a little. Add all the other ingredients. Cover with Beef Broth until covered.
- 2. Place in an 200* oven with lid. Bake for 5 hours.
