This is a family favorite and so yummy!

Steps:
- 1. 1st Layer: Mix together,pat into bottom of pan 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees no longer than 15 minutes.(Crust won't be brown).Let cool.
- 2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip till smooth. Spread on cooled crust.
- 3. Mix pistachio pudding and milk together & spread on cream cheese layer.
- 4. Mix vanilla pudding and milk together & spread on pistachio layer.
- 5. Spread Cool Whip over Vanilla layer. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate.
