2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or 2 lbs chicken breasts
1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (about 3-4 shakes)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into chunks. Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Add all ingredients except cream and shredded cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Before serving, stir in cream & cheese.
