3 2 1 CUPCAKES IN A MUG!!

Steps:
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients together....Place in ziplock bag
- 2. To make cupcake: Mix in a mug-- 3 tablespoons of the cake mix in the baggie..add 2 Tablespoons water
- 3. Bake in a microwave 1 min. Cake will pull away from the sides of the cup...if not; cook 10 seconds more.
- 4. Run a butter knife around the sides. Turn out onto a plate..top with any thing you want!!
