This soup is delicious and so easy to make! I love that I can use pre-cooked chicken to make it even faster. I also like to add some fresh vegetables, like carrots and celery, to the soup for extra flavor and nutrition.

This soup is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover chicken. I made a few substitutions, using egg noodles instead of wonton wrappers and adding some frozen peas. It turned out great!

I'm not a big fan of wontons, so I omitted them from the recipe. The soup was still delicious! The chicken was tender and the broth was flavorful. I added a bit of extra ginger and garlic to give it a bit of a kick.
