PEANUT BUTTER POUND CAKE RECIPE - (4.5/5)
Provided by á-2700
Number Of Ingredients 16
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Prepare a large tube or bundt pan by greasing and flouring it. Set pan aside. Update: A couple people have commented that their cake overflowed while baking. This recipe makes a large cake and I used a large tube pan. Only fill your bundt/tube pan up about 3/4 full. Don't let the extra batter go to waste though, make some muffins or a small loaf. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Set aside. On medium speed, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the brown sugar and peanut butter and continue mixing. Add the eggs, one at a time. Wait until one egg is fully mixed in before adding the next one. Add vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and the milk to the creamed mixture. Alternate between the flour mixture and the milk, using about a fourth of the ingredient at a time. Always begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix completely. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Start checking to see if it is done at 60 minutes using a wooden toothpick. Continue checking every 5 minutes to make sure it does not overcook. When the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then remove it from the cake pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar or frost as desired. Note that this recipe makes a large cake. For smaller pound cakes, use loaf pans or even mini bundt cake molds. Adjust the cooking time accordingly since they will not need as much time to bake. FROSTING: Cream butter and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and milk while mixer is set on low. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time until you are happy with the consistency. Pour over the top of the cake. For Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting, melt 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate squares, cool slightly, and add to the butter and peanut butter mixture. Proceed with the rest of the instructions. Don't worry if the frosting is too thick or thin, just add small amounts of milk to thin, or powdered sugar to thicken.
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE RECIPE - (4.2/5)

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 10-cup tube pan generously with nonstick spray (I like the Pam Baking Spray). 2. Prepare cake: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together peanut butter and butter. Add sugar and beat an additional 5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well combined. Add dry ingredients a little at a time, beating just until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Scrape batter into prepared tube pan. Tap it a couple of times on the counter to shake out any hidden air pockets. 2. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes, checking on the cake at 1 hour to make sure it's not browning too quickly on top. If browning too quickly, just place a piece of foil loosely over the top of

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER MARBLE CAKE RECIPE - (4.5/5)
Provided by mytastytreasures
Number Of Ingredients 21
Steps:
- Directions: To make the cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two (9-inch) round cake pans. In medium mixing bowl, sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt. In a large mixing bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined, about 1 minute. Reduce mixer speed to low and beat in flour mixture, alternating with milk, until combined, about 2 minutes; remove half of the batter and place in medium mixing bowl. Beat peanut butter into one of the bowls filled with batter until combined. Beat melted chocolate into the other bowl filled with batter until combined. Divide peanut butter batter into each cake pan, placing only on one side. Divide chocolate batter into each cake pan, on the opposite side; swirl batters together using a butter knife. Bake for 35 minutes or until well risen and a toothpick inserted into cake comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool for 12 minutes, on a wire rack, before running a knife around outside edges and inverting onto wire racks to cool completely For frosting: To make the frosting: In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and milk; bring to a boil, whisking frequently. Boil 1 minute or until thickened; remove pan from heat and strain mixture into a small bowl. Cool completely in the refrigerator or freezer. Beat the butter until creamy, about 1 minute, in a large mixing bowl, using a mixer on medium speed. Beat in "chocolate pudding" mixture until well combined, about 1 minute. Beat in melted chocolate until well combined and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Spread frosting onto cake layers.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BUCKEYE CAKE RECIPE - (5/5)
Provided by gtbalm
Number Of Ingredients 19
Steps:
- For the Peanut Butter Cheesecake: Bake the cheesecake one day in advance so that it has plenty of time to chill in the fridge before layering with the chocolate cake! Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and flour until light and smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the milk. Grease a 9-inch round springform pan VERY WELL. There is no crust on this cheesecake, so it is imperative that you really grease the pan so that the cheesecake will release from it easily. Pour batter into the greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Reduce heat to 260 and bake for 50 minutes or until just the center is slightly jiggly. Cool on the counter for 2 hours. Transfer to a refrigerator to chill overnight. For the chocolate cake: Prepare the cake mix according to the package or use a recipe for homemade cake. Bake in 2 9-inch round, well greased cake pans. Cool completely. For the peanut butter frosting: Cream together the butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add half of the powdered sugar and mix well. Beat in half of the cream. Add the remaining powdered sugar and continue mixing until combined. Beat in the remaining cream. For the chocolate peanut butter glaze: In a double boiler or a bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate, peanut butter, and corn syrup. When melted remove from heat and whisk in the cream until it is a smooth, creamy consistency. To assemble: Place one layer of chocolate cake on your cake stand and top with 1/4 of the chocolate peanut butter glaze. Spread to the edges. Very carefully remove the sides of your springform pan and place the entire cheesecake upside down on the chocolate cake layer. The bottom of the springform pan should now be on top of the cheesecake. Carefully slide a knife in between the cheesecake and pan bottom to loosen. If you greased your pan well this should be fairly simple and the pan bottom will easily lift off. Pour another 1/4 of the chocolate glaze over the cheesecake and spread to the edges. Top this with the second layer of chocolate cake. Place the whole cake in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden up a bit. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the peanut butter frosting. Smooth it out as best you can. Microwave the chocolate glaze for about 5-10 seconds to soften it back up. Whisk well and then pour over the top center of the cake. Use an offset spatula to spread the glaze to the edges, letting it drip down in some areas. Store in the refrigerator.
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY LOAF CAKE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: strawberry, gelatin, granulated sugar, glucose, kosher salt, citric acid, cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, kosher salt, heavy cream, vanilla extract, nonstick cooking spray, cinnamon raisin bread

Yield 6 slices
Number Of Ingredients 14
Steps:
- For the sorbet, feel free to use store-bought, or make your own: Place the strawberries in a blender and puree until smooth. Strain the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl and discard the pips.
- Bloom the gelatin sheet by soaking it in a small bowl of cold water until softened, about 2 minutes.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, gently heat a small amount of the strained strawberry puree. Add the sugar, glucose, salt, and citric acid and whisk to combine.
- Next, gently squeeze the bloomed gelatin to remove any excess water. If the gelatin still has hard bits to it, it needs to bloom longer. If it is so soft it is falling apart, it is over bloomed; discard the gelatin and start over. Once bloomed, add the gelatin to the pot and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Pour the heated strawberry mixture to the reserved strawberry puree and whisk to combine.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. The sorbet is best spun just before serving or using, but will keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Make the peanut butter cream: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. Add half of the peanut butter and beat to combine. Scrape down the bowl, then add the rest of the peanut butter and mix to incorporate. Add the powdered sugar in 2 additions, adding the salt to the final addition.
- Add the vanilla to half of the heavy cream. With the mixer on medium speed, stream the vanilla cream into the peanut butter mixture and whip until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- In separate large bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Fold a large scoop of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined, followed by the remaining whipped cream. Fold until light and fluffy.
- Assemble the loaf: Grease the loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with plastic wrap.
- Layer 4 slices of cinnamon raisin bread across the bottom of the pan in a single layer. Trim the edges if necessary to perfectly fill the entire base of the pan.
- Spread ¼ of the peanut butter cream, about 1 cup (240 g), into the pan and smooth out to create a flat, even layer. Place pan into the freezer to firm up, about 5 minutes.
- Once the peanut butter layer is set, spread half of the softened strawberry sorbet across in an even layer.
- Follow the sorbet with another cup of the peanut butter cream and layer in 4 more slices of cinnamon raisin bread, trimming to fit. Spread 1 cup of peanut butter cream over the bread and return to the freezer to let firm up, another 5 minutes.
- Once the peanut butter layer is set, spread the remaining softened strawberry sorbet across in an even layer, followed by the final cup of the peanut butter cream. Top the loaf with 4 more slices of cinnamon raisin bread in a single, seamless layer and return loaf to freezer and let set up completely, about 25 minutes.
- Remove the loaf from pan, peel off the plastic wrap, and slice to serve.
- Enjoy!

SNICKERS PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE ICE CREAM CAKE RECIPE - (4.3/5)
Provided by Lsweetnell
Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- NOTE: An 8-inch springform pan is best for this recipe so that you can easily remove the cake once it's been assembled. If you do not have a springform pan, line your pan with clear wrap before adding your parchment paper and cake board. You can use the clear warp to lift your cake out of the pan once it's assembled and frozen. BROWNIES: Make brownie dough according to instructions on the back of the box. Grease two 8-inch pans (preferable springform pans, see above) and line the bottoms with parchment paper to allow for easy removal. Bake at the temperature on the box, reducing baking time to about 20 minutes. You can also bake 1 big brownie, which would cook for the normal time and cut it in half, but cutting a brownie in half isn't super easy. When brownies are done baking, allow to completely cool. ICE CREAM: Combine milk, cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter together in the bowl of a stand mixer or with a hand mixer. Mix until completely combined. Fold in the cool whip. ASSEMBLY: Line the sides of an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper. The parchment paper should stick up above the top edge of the pan since the cake will probably be a little taller than your pan. If you want, put a cardboard cake circle in the bottom of the pan. You should be using the same 8-inch pan you used for the brownies. Not all 8-inch pans are exactly the same size. Your brownie needs to fit in this pan. Put the first brownie layer in the bottom of your pan. Spread 1/2 cup caramel sauce and 1/2 cup chocolate sauce over the brownie. Top with the first group of chopped Snickers. Top with half of the peanut butter ice cream. Add second brownie to the pan, on top of the ice cream. Again cover with 1/2 cup caramel sauce and 1/2 cup chocolate sauce. Top with the second group of chopped Snickers. Top with remaining peanut butter ice cream. Allow ice cream cake to freeze completely. When frozen, remove from springform pan and remove parchment paper from sides. Top with additional caramel sauce and chocolate sauce, allowing it to drizzle down the sides. Cover with remaining chopped Snickers and a little more caramel and chocolate sauce. Freeze for about an hour, then serve.
PEANUT BUTTER TEXAS SHEET CAKE RECIPE - (3.9/5)
Provided by carvalhohm
Number Of Ingredients 17
Steps:
- Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine butter, water and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Set aside. Combine eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Add to peanut butter mixture. Spread into a greased 15x10 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until cake springs back when gently touched. Prepare Peanut Butter Icing: Combine butter, peanut butter and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until icing is a spreading consistency. Spread Peanut Butter Icing over warm cake.
Tips for Making the Best Peanut Butter Cake:
- Use high-quality peanut butter: The better the peanut butter, the better the cake will taste. Look for a peanut butter that is made with 100% peanuts and no added sugar or oils.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy: This will help to incorporate air into the batter, making the cake light and airy.
- Gradually add the eggs one at a time: This will help to prevent the batter from curdling.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the cake tough.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven: This will help to ensure that the cake bakes evenly.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it: This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.
Conclusion:
This peanut butter cake is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its rich peanut butter flavor and moist, fluffy texture, this cake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give this peanut butter cake a try. You won't be disappointed!
