Tips:
- Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor and texture.
- If you don't have a food processor, you can mash the raspberries with a fork.
- Make sure the butter is cold before you cut it into the flour mixture. This will help create a flaky crust.
- Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the crust tough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out. This will help prevent the dough from shrinking in the oven.
- Bake the bars until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help prevent the bars from falling apart.
Conclusion:
Razz-ma-tazz bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're made with a flaky crust, a tart raspberry filling, and a sweet cream cheese frosting. These bars are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
