Time 15m

Yield 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups walnuts (soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnite then drained)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
cayenne powder
1/3 cup Braggs liquid aminos (I suggest starting with less, taste first- in case this will make it too salty for you!)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse till it resembles taco meat.
  • Taste and add more spices if necessary.

Tips:

  • Use a sharp knife: Dicing vegetables into small pieces will help them marinate and soften more quickly.
  • Don't over-marinate: Vegetables can become mushy if they are marinated for too long. 30 minutes to 1 hour is typically sufficient.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: The more colorful and varied your vegetables, the more delicious and visually appealing your tacos will be.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are endless possibilities when it comes to raw tacos. Feel free to mix and match different vegetables, fruits, and sauces to create your own unique recipes.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Start with fresh produce to ensure the best quality and flavor.
