RASPBERRY VANILLA SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Put the raspberries, yogurt and vanilla essence in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Taste, and add the honey if necessary for sweetness. Put a couple of ice cubes in a glass, and pour in the smoothie. Spoon the Greek yogurt on top, add a straw and serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen raspberries instead of fresh.
- If you don't have vanilla extract, you can use 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste or 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder.
- For a sweeter smoothie, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup.
- If you want a more tart smoothie, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- For a creamier smoothie, use Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
- For a vegan smoothie, use almond milk or soy milk instead of cow's milk.
Conclusion:
This raspberry vanilla smoothie is a delicious and refreshing way to start your day. It's packed with antioxidants and nutrients, and it's also a good source of fiber. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack, this smoothie is a great option.
