Steps:
- Beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Spoon 1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread each into two 12-ounce glass or plastic jars and smooth to make an even layer. Divide half of the cream cheese mixture between the 2 jars, then top each with a handful of raspberries. Repeat with the remaining chocolate-hazelnut spread, cream cheese mixture and raspberries. Serve with cookies or baguette slices, or cover the jars with lids and pack them to go. (The spread can be made the night before; cover, refrigerate and return to room temperature before serving.)
Tips:
- Choose fresh, ripe raspberries. This will ensure the best flavor and texture in your recipes.
- Wash the raspberries gently. Use a colander and rinse the berries under cool water. Avoid handling them too much, as this can bruise them.
- Pat the raspberries dry. Use a paper towel to remove excess water from the berries. This will help prevent them from becoming soggy in your recipes.
- Use a variety of raspberries. There are many different varieties of raspberries available, each with its own unique flavor and texture. Experiment with different varieties to find your favorites.
- Don't overcook the raspberries. Raspberries are delicate and can easily become mushy if overcooked. Cook them only until they are warmed through or slightly softened.
- Serve raspberries fresh or frozen. Fresh raspberries are best eaten within a few days of picking. Frozen raspberries can be stored for up to a year.
Conclusion:
Raspberries are a versatile fruit that can be used in a variety of recipes. They are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Enjoy raspberries fresh, frozen, or cooked in your favorite recipes.
