Tips:

  • To achieve a fudgy texture for your brownies, make sure not to overmix the batter once you've added the flour. Overmixing can result in a cakey brownie.
  • For a richer chocolate flavor, use a combination of unsweetened and semisweet chocolate chips in your brownie batter.
  • To ensure your raspberry mousse is light and fluffy, whip the cream until stiff peaks form before folding it into the raspberry puree.
  • If you don't have a pastry bag, you can use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off to pipe the raspberry mousse onto the brownies.
  • To create a professional-looking finish, sprinkle the top of the raspberry mousse with cocoa powder or grated chocolate before serving.
