Number Of Ingredients 5

1 large package flaked coconut.
1 large box jello gelatin. (any flavor, but i like raspberry best)
1 can sweetened condensed milk.
1/4 teaspoon almond extract, (can use raspberry instead)
1 small box jello gelatin (for coating finished balls.)

Steps:

  • 1. 1.Mix first 4 ingredients. 2.Roll into small balls. 3.roll to coat in the small package of jello. 4.refrigerate in an air-tight container. 5.Enjoy! Tip... wet hands for rolling to help control the sticking

Tips:

  • Use fresh raspberries. Fresh raspberries will give your coconut balls the best flavor. If you can't find fresh raspberries, you can use frozen raspberries that have been thawed and drained.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the coconut balls tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before rolling. Chilling the dough will make it easier to roll and will help the coconut balls hold their shape.
  • Use a variety of toppings. You can top your coconut balls with anything you like. Some popular toppings include chocolate chips, sprinkles, and chopped nuts.
  • Store the coconut balls in the refrigerator. Coconut balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
