  • Transfer to a serving platter.
  • Repeat with 1 tablespoon oil, and chicken.
  • Drizzle chicken with reserved hot sauce mixture.
  • Serve with carrots, celery, and blue cheese dip.

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use high-quality chicken wings. Look for wings that are plump and have a good amount of meat on them.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
  • Be sure to coat the chicken wings evenly in the buttermilk mixture. This will help them to stay moist and flavorful.
  • When frying the chicken wings, be sure to use a deep fryer or a large pot with at least 3 inches of oil. This will help to ensure that the wings cook evenly.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot when frying the chicken wings. This will cause the oil temperature to drop and the wings will not cook properly.
  • Cook the chicken wings until they are golden brown and crispy. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
  • While the chicken wings are cooking, make the ranch buffalo sauce. Combine the ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Once the chicken wings are cooked, drain them on paper towels. Then, toss them in the ranch buffalo sauce until they are evenly coated.
  • Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauce, such as blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing.
