1 pound ground beef
1 package Mushroom Flavor Ramen Noodles
2 packages Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodles
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups water

Steps:

  • Open all three packages of Ramen noodles. Remove seasoning packets and set aside. Break noodles up into 1-inch chunks. Set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink, drain off fat. Return meat to the pan and sprinkle with the seasoning packet from the mushroom flavored ramen, saute for 2 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside.
  • In same skillet, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables, all of the noodles, garlic powder, thyme and the two chicken seasoning packets. Bring to a boil again then reduce heat to medium low. Cover and gently boil for a few minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Return meat to skillet, toss together and serve.

1 lb ground chuck
1 medium onion, Diced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
3 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
3 cups water
Velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • Brown Hamburger and onion, then add flavoring packets from ramen noodles and simmer for about 4 minutes.
  • Add the water and the tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  • Then add ramen noodles and cook for about 4 minutes more.
  • Pour into a casserole dish (I always SPAM it first) and cover with sliced Velveeta cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350° or until cheese is melted.

Six 3-ounce packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles (1 flavor packet reserved; the remaining discarded)
One 8-ounce container scallion cream cheese
4 cups whole milk
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (skin and bones discarded)
One 10.8-ounce bag frozen broccoli florets
8 ounces shredded Cheddar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Put the ramen squares in a single layer covering the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Whisk together the cream cheese, milk and the 1 reserved flavor packet from the ramen in a medium bowl. 4 packages Ramen noodles-ONE must be beef (reserve ONE beef flavoring packet)
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground beef with chopped onion, cooked & drained or Italian sausage
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided
3 1/2 cups water

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Break up Ramen noodles into greased 9x13" pan. They should cover the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle cooked meat and onion mixture or sausage over dry noodles. Add the beef flavor packet to the sauce. Pour the sauce over the noodles and meat. Sprinkle one cup of the cheese over the top of the sauce. Gently, mix ingredients. Pour the water over the top. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 40-50 minutes or until liquid is totally absorbed. Remove from oven and remove foil. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
