Tips:

  • Use a food processor or blender to quickly and easily chop the oats, nuts, and seeds.
  • If you don't have a food processor or blender, you can chop the oats, nuts, and seeds by hand. Just be sure to chop them finely so that they will mix well with the other ingredients.
  • Be sure to measure the honey and peanut butter accurately. If you use too much of either ingredient, the granola bites will be too sticky or too dry.
  • If you want the granola bites to be extra crunchy, bake them for a few minutes longer.
  • Store the granola bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

These raisin granola mini-bites are a delicious and healthy snack that is perfect for on-the-go. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So, next time you are looking for a quick and easy snack, give these raisin granola mini-bites a try!
