FRUIT SALSA WITH CINNAMON TORTILLA CHIPS
The fun of this recipe is that it can be tailored to your tastes. I'm a 'throw it in and see how it turns out' kind of cook, so please adjust the recipe to fit your own tastes. This recipe is best used immediately, as fresh fruit doesn't keep well in the refrigerator. If you prefer baked cinnamon chips, arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and bake 5 to 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Watch them closely so they don't burn!

Tips:
- Choose ripe, colorful fruits: The riper the fruits, the sweeter and more flavorful your salsa will be. A variety of colors will also make your salsa more visually appealing.
- Chop the fruits into small pieces: This will help the salsa to come together and make it easier to eat. Cut mango, pineapple, and papaya.
- Use a food processor or blender to puree the salsa: This will help to create a smooth and consistent texture. To keep the chunks of fruits, chop them finely.
- Add a kick of heat with chili peppers: If you like your salsa spicy, add a few chopped chili peppers. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
- Sweeten the salsa with honey or maple syrup: If you find the salsa to be too tart, add a little bit of honey or maple syrup. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
