2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Season-All salt (seasoned salt)
1 teaspoon garlic
2 (16 ounce) cans great northern beans
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1 lb chicken breast, chopped
monterey jack cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)
salsa (optional)

Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients beforehand: This will make the cooking process quicker and easier. Chop your veggies, mince your garlic, and measure out your spices before you start cooking.

  • Add some corn for sweetness: Corn is a classic chili ingredient that adds a touch of sweetness and texture.
  • Season your chili well: Chili is a dish that benefits from bold flavors. Don't be afraid to add plenty of chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
  • Simmer your chili for at least 30 minutes: This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
