SPINACH ALFREDO SAUCE (BETTER THAN OLIVE GARDEN®)
Better than Olive Garden®! Top with grilled chicken on fettuccine pasta for a complete meal or use as a dip for bread sticks. Delicious rich and creamy spinach Alfredo everyone will love. When I make this dish, everyone raves over it! Add more spinach if you're a spinach lover or leave it out if you're not a fan. I like adding lots of garlic! For a thicker sauce, add more cream cheese.

SPINACH ALFREDO PIZZA
This recipe is an Alfredo sauce fan's dream! The sauce works perfectly on the pizza, but is so good that it would be great served over pasta as well. As a variation, try adding herbs - such as rosemary or oregano - to the pizza dough!

Tips:
- To make the perfect pizza dough, use bread flour instead of all-purpose flour. Bread flour has a higher protein content, which results in a chewier, more flavorful crust.
- If you don't have a pizza stone, you can bake your pizza on a greased baking sheet. Just make sure to preheat the baking sheet in the oven before adding the pizza.
- To prevent the spinach from wilting, squeeze out as much excess water as possible before adding it to the pizza.
- For a creamier Alfredo sauce, use heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg or garlic powder for extra flavor.
- If you don't have fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach instead. Just be sure to thaw it and squeeze out the excess water before using.
- To make the pizza even more flavorful, top it with grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil leaves before serving.
