PORK & RAMEN STIR-FRY
I normally serve a traditional stir-fry, but I wanted to change it up with this ramen noodle recipe. Ramen noodles are a quick sub for the rice, and we really like the crisp-tender bite from fresh broccoli and a package of coleslaw mix. -Barbara Pletzke, Herndon, Virginia

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the ramen will taste. Look for fresh vegetables, flavorful broth, and high-quality noodles.
- Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many different ways to make ramen, so feel free to experiment with different ingredients and flavors. You can add different vegetables, proteins, and spices to create a ramen that is unique to your taste.
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions: Different noodles require different cooking times, so be sure to follow the directions on the package. Overcooked noodles will be mushy and unpleasant to eat.
- Don't overcrowd the pot: When cooking the noodles, don't overcrowd the pot. This will prevent the noodles from cooking evenly.
- Season the broth to taste: Once the broth is finished, taste it and adjust the seasoning as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or other spices.
- Serve the ramen immediately: Ramen is best served immediately after it is cooked. The noodles will start to absorb the broth and become soggy if they sit for too long.
Conclusion:
Quick pork ramen with carrots, zucchini, and bok choy is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. The ramen is made with a flavorful broth, tender pork, and a variety of fresh vegetables. It is a healthy and satisfying meal that is sure to please everyone at the table.
