Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your lasagna will taste. This is especially true for the vegetables and herbs.
  • Don't overcook the noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package directions, but be careful not to overcook them. Overcooked noodles will be mushy and ruin the texture of your lasagna.
  • Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in lasagna, so it's worth it to spend a little extra money on a good quality cheese.
  • Layer the lasagna correctly: When you're assembling the lasagna, be sure to layer the ingredients in the correct order. The bottom layer should be the noodles, followed by the sauce, then the cheese, and then the vegetables. Repeat these layers until you've used up all of the ingredients.
  • Bake the lasagna until it's golden brown: Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven until it's golden brown and bubbly. This will take about 30 minutes.
  • Let the lasagna rest before serving: Once the lasagna is baked, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. This will allow the lasagna to set and make it easier to cut.
