Tips:

  • For a crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior, use a combination of bread flour and all-purpose flour.
  • Activate the yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar to ensure proper rising.
  • Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic to develop the gluten, which gives the rolls their structure.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place until it doubles in size to allow the yeast to ferment and produce gases that will make the rolls light and airy.
  • Shape the dough into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish, leaving space for them to expand.
  • Brush the rolls with melted butter before baking to give them a golden-brown crust.
  • Bake the rolls in a preheated oven until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  • Serve the rolls warm with your favorite toppings, such as butter, jam, or honey.
