A delicious, quick and healthy way to use zucchini! I have also used yellow squash instead. This is also great cooked on the George Foreman. I heat mine to 450 deg and cook about 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

2 egg whites

Tips:

  • Choose small to medium-sized zucchini for the best results, as they have a higher ratio of flesh to seeds.
  • Use a mandoline slicer to get evenly thin zucchini slices. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Toss the zucchini slices in a mixture of olive oil, salt, and pepper before baking. This will help them crisp up and brown.
  • Bake the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from steaming.
  • Bake the zucchini slices at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help them crisp up without overcooking.
  • Serve the zucchini chips immediately or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Conclusion:

Baked zucchini chips are a healthy and delicious snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are easy to make and require only a few simple ingredients. With their crispy texture and savory flavor, baked zucchini chips are a great way to satisfy your cravings without sacrificing your health.
