Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients: Before you start cooking, make sure to have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will save you time and ensure that your dish comes together smoothly.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Whenever possible, use organic, locally-sourced produce.
  • Don't overcook the peas: Peas are best when they are cooked just until tender. Overcooking will make them mushy.
  • Use a good quality soy sauce: Soy sauce is a key ingredient in this dish, so make sure to use a good quality one. Look for a soy sauce that is naturally fermented and has a rich, complex flavor.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked. The peas will start to lose their鲜味 the longer they sit.
