Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree has a more intense flavor and a smoother texture than canned pumpkin puree. To make your own pumpkin puree, simply roast a pumpkin until tender, then scoop out the flesh and blend it until smooth.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in tough muffins. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a muffin pan with a nonstick coating: This will help the muffins to release easily from the pan.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This is the best way to ensure that the muffins are cooked through.
  • Let the muffins cool before frosting them: This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.

Conclusion:

Pumpkin surprise muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make fall treat. With their moist texture, sweet pumpkin flavor, and creamy cream cheese frosting, these muffins are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a festive and delicious snack, give these pumpkin surprise muffins a try!
