Tips for Making the Best Pumpkin French Toast with Bacon Maple Syrup:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree adds a vibrant flavor and color to the french toast. If you don't have fresh pumpkin puree, you can use canned pumpkin puree, but make sure to drain it well and pat it dry before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the french toast tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Cook the french toast over medium heat: Cooking the french toast over medium heat will help it cook evenly without burning.
  • Serve the french toast immediately: Pumpkin french toast is best served immediately after it is cooked. The longer it sits, the more likely it is to become soggy.

Conclusion:

Pumpkin french toast with bacon maple syrup is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch dish. It's perfect for a special occasion or a casual weekend meal. Follow these tips to make sure your pumpkin french toast turns out perfect every time.
