1 ounce sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (says 1 - 1oz PKG)
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash clove
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute, granular
2 1/2 cups whipped cream or 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip
