Tips:
- Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree will give your cobbler the best flavor. If you don't have fresh pumpkin puree, you can use canned pumpkin puree, but be sure to drain it well before using.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your cobbler tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a 9x13 inch baking dish: A 9x13 inch baking dish is the perfect size for this cobbler. If you use a smaller dish, the cobbler will be too thick and the crust will not be as crispy.
- Bake the cobbler until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling: This will take about 35-40 minutes. If you insert a toothpick into the center of the cobbler and it comes out clean, the cobbler is done.
- Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream: This is the perfect way to enjoy this classic dessert.
Conclusion:
This pumpkin cobbler is an easy and delicious dessert that is perfect for fall. With its simple ingredients and classic flavor, this cobbler is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give this pumpkin cobbler a try. You won't be disappointed!
