Tips:
- Use a high-quality pumpkin puree for the best flavor. Look for a brand that is unsweetened and has no added ingredients.
- If you don't have a food processor, you can use a blender to make the crumble topping. Just be sure to pulse it until the mixture is coarse and crumbly.
- Don't overmix the cheesecake batter. Overmixing can make the cheesecake tough.
- Bake the cheesecake in a water bath to prevent it from cracking. Place the cheesecake pan in a larger pan filled with hot water.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before serving. This will help it set properly.
Conclusion:
Pumpkin cheesecake crumble squares are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With a creamy pumpkin cheesecake filling, a sweet and crunchy crumble topping, and a buttery graham cracker crust, these squares are sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed.
