Tips:

  • For the best pulled BBQ chicken, use a combination of chicken breasts and thighs. The breasts will provide lean protein, while the thighs will add flavor and moisture.
  • To get the most flavor out of your chicken, marinate it for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • When cooking the chicken, be sure to cook it slowly and over low heat. This will help to keep the chicken moist and prevent it from drying out.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks. This will help to create tender and juicy pulled chicken.
  • To make the BBQ sauce, use a combination of ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and spices. You can also add in some Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce, if desired.
  • To assemble the sliders, simply place a scoop of pulled chicken on a slider bun and top with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and your favorite toppings.
