1 egg, beaten to blend

1/4 cup honey mustard
1 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
8 thin slices prosciutto or deli ham, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto

  • 1. Mix Gruyere cheese and sage in bowl. Arrange pastry sheet, short side facing you, on lightly floured surface; cut into halves crosswise. Put one half sheet with long side facing you; brush edge of far side with the egg.
