ROLO PRETZEL TURTLES
A friend shared this recipe with me a few days ago. If someone has already posted one like it please excuse. I am adding these to my Christmas basket for my grandkids. I got the gift bags (clear see through) and will fill it with these turtles and tie with a Christmas ribbon. When I saw them I thought of my oldest grandson...

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. A semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 50% is a good choice.
- If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can use the cold water test to check if the caramel is ready. Drop a small amount of caramel into a bowl of cold water. If it forms a firm ball, it is ready.
- Be careful not to overcook the caramel. Overcooked caramel will be hard and brittle.
- If the caramel is too thick, you can add a little bit of cream or milk to thin it out.
- Work quickly when assembling the turtles. The caramel will start to set quickly.
- Store the turtles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Pretzel turtles are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a sweet and salty snack that everyone will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dessert, give pretzel turtles a try.
