Tips:

  • Use fresh fish fillets. Frozen fish fillets can be used, but fresh fillets will yield the best results.
  • Pat the fish fillets dry before coating them. This will help the coating to adhere.
  • Use a light hand when breading the fish fillets. Too much breading will make the fish greasy.
  • Fry the fish fillets in hot oil. This will help to create a crispy coating.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan when frying the fish fillets. This will cause the oil temperature to drop and the fish fillets will not cook evenly.
  • Serve the fish fillets immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
