- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Fill muffin cups half full with batter. (Cover and refrigerate remaining batter until ready to bake; cool pan before reusing and spray again with cooking spray.)
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cupcakes from pans to cooling racks; cool completely, about 15 minutes. (Repeat with remaining batter to make about 48 additional mini cupcakes. Freeze cupcakes for another use.)

- 1. Put your cereal in a bowl.Melt your bakers chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time.When melted add cream ,mix and heat about 45 second.Careful it's hot!!!!!Add the coloring to the chocolate mix well and pour into cereal and mix.
- 2. Pour mixture into pie pan and work it fast up the sides.If you use a cup of really hot water and a spoon you can mold the crust very well.
- 3. Put a layer of sliced strawberrys on the bottom of the crust that have been soaked in the sugar.Top them with vanilla ice cream.Put in freezer to harden some about 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove from freezer and add another layer of strawberries and top with strawberry ice cream.return to freezer while you are making 4 strawberry and 4 vanilla ice cream balls.
- 5. Remove from freezer arrange balls and make a flower with strawberries.Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
