Tips:

  • Choose chicken breasts or thighs that are evenly sized so they cook evenly.
  • Don't overcrowd the pressure cooker. If you have a lot of chicken, cook it in batches.
  • Use a good quality barbecue sauce. A homemade sauce will give you the best flavor, but you can also use a store-bought sauce if you're short on time.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. The chicken should be cooked through, but still tender and juicy. Overcooked chicken will be tough and dry.
  • Serve the chicken immediately with your favorite sides. Some popular sides for barbecue chicken include coleslaw, potato salad, and corn on the cob.

Conclusion:

Pressure cooker barbecue chicken is a quick and easy way to make a delicious and flavorful meal. The chicken is cooked in a fraction of the time it would take to cook it in a traditional oven, and it comes out tender and juicy. The barbecue sauce adds a smoky and tangy flavor that is sure to please everyone at the table. If you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, pressure cooker barbecue chicken is a great option.
